Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel libel case
This libel case was filed by Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel against the Heat magazine for having defamed them in an article published in september 2014 edition. The article was titled "Justin Timberlake gets flirty with another woman, it’s not his wife!" and "The flirty photos that rocked Justin and Jessica's marriage". They have been married for two years. The accused later apologized for the embarrassment caused and the case was settled.
Interesting that an apology settled the case. The magazine probably counts on that.
